Teresa's Story
Teresa has been on her own powerful & intense healing journey back to her True Nature for the last 2 decades. After a terrifying call for help on a suicide attempt, she spent a week in recovery at The Waterford Mental Health Hospital. This is where she rang in 2015 on NYE, which kickstarted a deep spiritual healing journey of therapy sessions, Mental Health and self development courses to find her Purpose again.
Since 2015, she has now developed an extensive list of certifications & trainings & healing modalities that have helped breathe new Life back into her! She now gains so much pleasure in coaching and watching her own clients rise & transform through their own personal breakdowns by turning them into breakthroughs.
Through the last 20 years she has learned so many incredible life skills while travelling & studying all over the world in Asia, India, Nepal, Africa, South, Central & North America. She has experienced & studied many various wellness modalities & ancient healing techniques, while gaining a wide range of spiritual knowledge through many of her own spiritual mentors & teachers.
As a Life Coach, Transformation Mentor, Holistic Nutritionist for Celebrities, Birth Doula, Life Doula, Death Doula, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Subconscious Clearing Guide, Energy Healer & Wellness Health Coach, her passion is to guide people back to their authentic truth through all of life’s ups and downs.
She is extremely passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges, hardships & struggles because she fully believes that this is were the treasure chest of infinite knowledge, wisdom & strength is found. Teresa encourages her clients to trust the process by coaching & mentoring them to lean into all of Life’s contractions in order to birth all the hidden super powers within.
She also obtains a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Memorial University of Newfoundland, is an alumni Sea Hawks MUN Basketball player, Alumni Provincial Rock Ruby Player, 4 time Rowing Champion who holds several regatta records - And a very proud dog & cat mom!
